In April 2022, the production and sales of commercial vehicles were 210,000 and 216,000 units, down 41.8% and 41.6% month-on-month and 59.8% and 60.7% year-on-year, respectively.
From January to April 2022, the production and sales of commercial vehicles will be 1.195 million and 1.181 million, down 37.9% and 39.8% year-on-year, respectively. Among the main types of commercial vehicles, the production and sales of passenger cars decreased by 27.7% and 27.0% year-on-year respectively; the production and sales of trucks decreased by 38.8% and 41.0% year-on-year respectively.

In April 2022, among the sub-categories of trucks, the production and sales of the four major types of trucks declined rapidly both month-on-month and year-on-year.

From January to April 2022, among the main types of trucks, compared with the same period of the previous year, the production and sales of mini trucks decreased slightly, and the other three categories all fell by more than 20%, and the decline in heavy trucks was still the most obvious.

In April 2022, among the sub-categories of passenger vehicles, the production and sales of the three major types of passenger vehicles also showed double-digit rapid declines compared with the same period last year.
From January to April 2022, compared with the same period of the previous year, the output of large passenger cars increased slightly, and the sales volume decreased slightly, and the production and sales of medium and light passenger vehicles showed a significant decline.
